SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATION DEVELOPER ITIL EU

On behalf of our client part of the EU Institutions, we are actively seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to join a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and collaborates effectively with diverse groups of users.

You will be assigned the administration and general maintenance of the tool in accordance with EU’s guidelines and improvement standards.

Tasks:

  • Managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including general administration tasks, configuration management, incident resolution, and request fulfilment.
  • Providing daily support to platform users and liaising with business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining technical documentation related to platform modifications, changes, and integrations.
  • Contributing to the development of training materials and user guides
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders to discern the business needs in order to configure and manage the platform effectively.

Profile:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Administration/Maintenance (Intermediate - about 3 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of MS office applications
  • Problem-solving and analytics abilities to identify and resolve issues on the ServiceNow platform. Programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus
  • University Degree + Service Now Certifications are both mandatory (ITIL V4 certification is a strong asset)
  • Proficiency in English + another official EU language and ability to work in an international environment is a must have
